ACADEMIC STANDARDS

North Dakota Content and Achievement Standards: Social Studies Grade 9-12 (2007):

9-12.2.15 Characterize the global causes, course, and consequences of World War II and the post-war events (e.g., worldwide depression, totalitarian and militaristic regimes, Holocaust, political and social change in the Middle East, development of the United Nations, Cold War).

These standards are mandatory in North Dakota.
