H.6.8.38 Examine causes and consequences of genocide and ethnic cleansing (e.g.,
Armenia, Holocaust, Kosovo, Rwanda)

Grades 9-12: World History
Strand: Conflict and Compromise
Standard 4: Students shall analyze the effect of conflict and subsequent resolution in the world.
CC.4.WH.9: Investigate the world-wide effect of genocide in the 20th and 21st centuries using available technology (e.g., Armenia, Holocaust, Cambodia, Bosnia, Rwanda, Kosovo, Sudan).

These standards are mandatory in Arkansas.
